SERVICES OFFERED
Ives Farm is pleased to provide exceptional personal care tailored to the individual needs of our horses and riders. Both the farm owner and barn manager live on the premises which allows for 24-hour attentive care. The following services and special amenities are offered to each of our boarders:
- Matted 12x12 stalls with windows
- Horses turned out all day in individual large paddocks
- Paddocks have large run-in sheds and separate fenced dirt and grass turnout

- Large one-horse and two-horse pastures available
- Roomy run-in sheds (single or double) in all fields
- Fields have separate fenced dirt and grass turnout areas
Available to All Boarders
- 24/7 access to the farm (the barn is never closed)
- Hay and grain available three times a day (lunch fed on request)
- Horses are on grass half day (to preserve fields for year-round use)
- All riding areas - lighted ring, round pen, x-country fields, trails and roads
- Wash stall with hot and cold water
- Both indoor and outdoor cross ties
- Areas for hand-grazing and communal grazing paddocks
- Medical stalls and paddocks
- On-site trailer parking
Fee Services Offered
- Horse care: grooming, bathing, sheath cleaning, leg washes, braiding, etc
- Training: horse training, exercise and riding lessons available to boarders
- Medical support: wraps, medication, injections, soak/hose, vet/farrier assist
- Other: vacuum use, extra blanketing, worming, shavings for sheds, etc
